Refund Policy
Cancellation
If you want to cancel the order halfway after the purchase, please contact BeneFrame and we will get you refunded. If the product has been shipped, the postage will not be refunded (because logistics costs have been incurred during the period). If the product has not been shipped, we will give a full refund including the product price and logistics freight.
Returns (If applicable)
To return a frame, you must contact BeneFrame within thirty (30) days of your receipt of the product. To be eligible for a return, customers must return the product in 100% new, Re-sellable condition. The picture frames must be free of any wear and tear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other signs of use and must be in the same packaging and condition that you receive it and must include all items that were inside the box. You will receive prior authorization and a prepaid return shipping label from BeneFrame. Returns are not allowed after thirty (30) days of the delivery date. Customers need to bear the shipping cost of the return.
In case of defective and damaged products, please contact us to confirm that it is the problem of the picture frame itself. We will bear the full shipping cost of the return.
In order to undertake a valid return, you must obtain written approval for such return from BeneFrame. Please contact us at support@beneframe.com with proof of purchase, photos, and videos of the item(s) you are about to return. Any Products sent back to BeneFrame by you without the written consent of BeneFrame shall be rejected and returned to you at your cost.
The return address will be notified in the Return Merchandise Authorization email.
Refunds (If applicable)
Any item returned with an order that used a discount code will have the entire discount code value subtracted from the refund value, whether you return one BeneFrame product or multiple products.
Refunds will be made after the BeneFrame is received and inspected. In case of defective items, you will get a full refund. In the case of a normal return or exchange, the shipping cost will be subtracted from the refund value.
Refunds will be made in the same manner the original purchase was made.
